Changing your Intermedia User Password via the Intermedia Business Cloud
NOTE: You will need your active email address and your current email address password. If you do not have this, contact your system administrator.
Go to the Intermedia website at: http://www.intermedia.net
The main Intermedia website will be displayed
Select LOGIN
From the drop down menu select CUSTOMER LOGIN
The login interface will be displayed
Select the USERS tab
Select the MY SERVICES option
Enter your user id (your email address)
Enter your user password (this is your email / securisync password)
Click LOGIN
The MY SERVICES web page will be displayed
On the top right of the web page you will see the User account section, it will have your name.
Select the CHANGE PASSWORD link.
The change password window will be displayed.
Enter your current password
Enter your New Password
Re-Enter your new password.
Click Save Changes
REMINDER: After changing this password, you will be prompted to enter this new password into any applications (Outlook, Apple mail, SecuriSync ) which utilize this Intermedia ID.
